Refund Policy

1. Returns

 

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order number or receipt).

To start a return, please contact us at info@eodiwear.com with your order details.

2. Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • It may take a few working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

Please note:
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item was marked as "free shipping", the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable/digital products

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

  • Custom or made-to-order items (unless damaged or defective)

4. Exchanges

​

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@eodiwear.com with photos and your order number.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

 

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
